Customer Service

I was going to do home repairs on some faux brick in my home so I bought a repair caulking tube from a company with the reputation for terrible quality and customer service. While I was repairing around the edges of the brick, a dead lizard came out of the tube. I called customer service and told them about the lizard. The rep asked me if it was alive and I told her no. She said that she was very sorry and would arrange for me to receive a live lizard via UPS. I hung up pretty satisfied.
