Corporate Rat Race

A buddy of mine had a really high paying management job at a large international firm but he just wasn't happy. In meetings they would make him strip naked and explain why his department's numbers were down while standing on the oval table. They would make him sing his bad numbers in a country song format. If they didn't like his proposed solutions, they would sometimes smack his balls.

Later they added to this a ceremony where they would viciously attack his ass with tools they kept in there. He said the money just wasn't worth it anymore.
