Some people would think that its appropriate to be intoxicated while wearing wax lips. Those people would be wrong. One must instead be acutely aware, circumspect, laser-focused. Don't disrespect the inclusion of wax lips and act like a depraved fool, with no sense of general propriety, much less specific etiquette.

Wearing a pirate hat, and exclusion of trousers is the proper uniform of positive inebriation, if you so choose to select the right vibe.
